About the role
The Law Crest LLP provides legal, consulting and advisory services on energy matters in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. We are recruiting an IT Officer to manage and support our technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth, secure and uninterrupted operation of IT systems while providing timely technical support to users.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Firm's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks and internet services.
- Provide first-line technical support and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, user accounts and access permissions.
- Manage LAN/WAN, wireless networks, printers, CCTV systems and other IT assets.
- Monitor system performance, implement security measures and support cybersecurity initiatives.
- Liaise with external IT vendors and consultants to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain the Firm's website and other technology platforms.
- Prepare periodic IT reports and recommend technology improvements.
- Ensure compliance with the Firm's ICT policies and industry best practices.
