About the role
Advancing Health for Humanitarian Support Initiative (AIDHealth Inc.) is a non-religious, not-for-profit organization registered with Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission in 2024. Founded by Nigerian healthcare professionals, public health experts, development practitioners, and diaspora leaders, AIDHealth works to advance health and humanitarian support. The Social Listening & Digital Analytics Lead will set up and manage a licensed social listening platform, design Hausa search queries, monitor online conversations, and produce analytics and reports to support programme learning and decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Set up and manage the licensed social listening platform for the programme, its themes and related community activities.
- Design, test and maintain Hausa search queries, including spelling variants, Hausa–English code-switching and Ajami script.
- Monitor online conversation daily and issue priority alerts to the Partner within agreed timeframes.
- Produce regular monitoring summaries and keep the Partner’s live dashboard current.
- Track audience response to programme-related community and digital activities.
- Lead the selection of listening tools and the applications for platform data access.
- Contribute listening findings to periodic learning reports, the baseline report and the final report.
