Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential business risks.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and visual presentations to communicate findings to management.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze and visualize data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Interpret business data and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting needs and provide relevant insights.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies, missing values, and reporting discrepancies.
- Automate recurring reports and improve data collection, processing, and reporting procedures.
- Maintain organized databases and documentation of data sources, analytical methods, and reporting processes.
- Conduct market, customer, operational, and financial data analysis as required.
- Ensure data confidentiality, security, and compliance with applicable data protection policies.
- Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform other data-related duties as assigned by management.
