Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the school’s digital marketing strategy.
- Manage social media campaigns and online presence.
- Plan and execute email marketing, SEO, paid advertising and digital content campaigns.
- Promote admissions, programmes, events and achievements across digital channels.
- Generate qualified enquiries and maintain an organised lead database.
- Track campaigns from enquiry through admission/enrolment.
- Monitor website and social media performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and platform analytics.
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance, enquiries and conversion results.
- Collect, clean and maintain data on enquiries, admissions, enrolment and other KPIs.
- Analyse student location data and historical staffing information.
- Develop dashboards and management reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Identify trends and translate data into clear recommendations for management.
- Establish consistent definitions and reporting processes.
