- Design, build, and maintain complex operational templates, automated tracking sheets, and executive reporting models using advanced Excel formulas and tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retail sales, product distribution, and channel efficiency.
- Develop easy-to-read tracking sheets and operational reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product training teams to provide data-backed insights on consumer electronics performance (smartphones, AIoT, wearables).
- Conduct data deep-dives to answer specific business questions as requested by management.
