Responsibilities
- Ensure activities are performed in a value-for-money effective manner.
- Enhance focus on operations excellence and innovation with a continuous improvement focus.
- Support collaboration and integration across disciplines, projects, and organizational borders.
- Ensure information is treated according to the right level of confidentiality.
- Drive team performance, challenge the way things are done, and act as focal point for Performance Improvement.
- Define, implement, and coordinate Performance Management at JV level (process, dashboards, KPIs, digital innovation).
- Identify performance opportunities and present to JV MACOM; manage and track implementation.
- Support entities in defining KPIs and preparing dashboards to monitor operational performance.
- Perform spot data-driven analysis of low-performing activities across the value chain.
- Drive Strategic Alignment process of JV Le RADAR Projects and implement tracking plan.
- Liaise with LEAN, Digital, and 3C coordinators to select relevant methodologies and ensure coherence.
- Coordinate JV audits planning and translate audit findings into performance improvements.
- Adhere to good change management practice for new processes.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and performance tasks as required.
