Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, systems, and networks.
- Provide end-user IT support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and IP Telephone.
- Maintain IT security systems, including antivirus, firewalls, and security software.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and timely backups.
- Maintain records of IT infrastructure, assets, and software licences.
- Support IT policies, risk management, security awareness, and other IT initiatives.
