About the role
Felton Energy Services Ltd (FESL) is an indigenous oil & gas procurement, operation and maintenance company in Nigeria, supplying global customers with Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial and Engineering Products. FESL is seeking an Information Technology Lead to design, implement, and maintain IT systems and services, leading enterprise IT projects from planning and deployment through monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Provide senior IT leadership across infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems.
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of servers, networks, databases, and cloud environments.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with company policies and international standards.
- Manage IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with organizational goals.
- Supervise system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and confidentiality across all platforms.
- Lead vendor management, procurement, and evaluation of IT tools and solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT staff and contractors.
- Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and system performance reviews.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation, cloud adoption, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, client procedures, and Felton quality systems.
