The IT Officer will manage, maintain, and support the organisation's computer systems, networks, software, communication technology, and other IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and reliable daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
- Manage and maintain Wi-Fi, LAN, internet, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related problems.
- Provide technical assistance to staff and management.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Provide IT support for PMS, POS, CCTV, access control, telephone/intercom, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and other hotel technology systems.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and recording equipment.
- Protect company systems and data from unauthorised access.
- Perform regular backups of important company data.
- Carry out routine maintenance and updates on computers, servers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
- Create and manage staff email accounts, system accounts, and access permissions.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets.
- Liaise with internet service providers, software vendors, CCTV technicians, and other technology suppliers.
- Train and guide staff on the proper use of company software, computers, and hotel systems.
- Assess IT equipment and software requirements and make procurement recommendations.
- Prepare regular IT maintenance and incident reports.
