Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to hotel staff and departments
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software problems
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, printers, scanners, and IT equipment
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network infrastructure
- Maintain network devices such as switches, routers, and access points
- Provide technical support for hotel management systems, PMS, POS, and accounting systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, recording systems, and access control systems
- Maintain ICT equipment inventory and perform routine preventive maintenance
- Assist in protecting hotel systems and data against unauthorized access
- Support regular data backup procedures and antivirus updates
- Provide basic training and guidance to staff on IT systems and cybersecurity practices
- Maintain records of IT incidents, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with internet service providers, software vendors, and CCTV technicians
- Provide ICT support during meetings, conferences, and hotel events
