About the role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited (formerly Moody International Nigeria Limited) was established in 1996 as a partnership between Moody International Group and Nigerian investors. Since commencing operations in March 1997, the company continues to grow and exerts its presence in numerous projects in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry. The Digital Log Assistant and Data Analyst will be responsible for digitizing, scanning, archiving, and quality-checking legacy paper logs and technical documents, ensuring proper indexing and bar-coding in line with Total Group document archiving specifications.

Responsibilities
- Digitization of sepia/transparent logs using Neuralog professional log digitizing software
- Scanning, digitizing, and storage of legacy paper logs
- Coordinate incoming correspondence/mails and outgoing documents from the Manager’s office
- Verification and QC of all scanned or digitized logs and documents before archiving or loading into research database
- Professional archiving of logs, technical reports, and documents for easy retrieval
- Maintain uniform bar-coding of logs, reports, and documents in line with Total Group document archiving specification
- Carry out all duties in a quality and safety-conscious manner
- Treat official documents and data with utmost confidentiality and priority
- Maintain high responsibility and product quality assurance
- Ensure timeliness and focus in document handling
- Send outgoing documents early enough
- Maintain cordial interpersonal relationships with staff, contractors, and visitors
