Responsibilities
- Analyze diverse insurance datasets (claims, policies, production, renewals, payments) to uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct root-cause analysis on challenges such as early policy surrenders, delayed claims, or low persistency
- Perform customer sentiment analysis to identify satisfaction drivers
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX and Power Query/M Query
- Deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports to management with strong narratives
- Support leadership with evidence-based recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and reduce compliance risks
- Partner with Claims, Underwriting, Customer Service, and Finance teams to address business needs and design KPIs
- Uphold high data quality standards through validation and consistency checks
- Champion data-driven culture by empowering teams to interpret and act on analytics
