Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain automated workflows using n8n or similar tools
- Collaborate with Collections, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to identify automation opportunities
- Test and validate workflows to meet business requirements
- Monitor workflows to identify failures, delays, and performance issues
- Investigate and resolve workflow errors, escalating complex issues
- Maintain records of workflow incidents and resolutions
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for all workflows
- Prepare weekly governance reports on workflow health, incidents, KPIs, and SLA performance
- Gather requirements and translate business processes into workflow specifications
- Support testing and implementation of new workflows
