About the role

The role involves designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and digital platforms while executing digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth across the Group.

- Design, develop and maintain websites for RGR and all subsidiary-owned companies.
- Update website content regularly.
- Ensure website security, backups and system updates.
- Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues.
- Improve website speed and user experience.
- Optimise websites for search engines.
- Manage hosting accounts, domains and email integrations.
- Ensure consistent branding across all websites.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage SEO and SEM activities.

- Monitor campaign performance and maximise ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve online visibility.
- Create and manage social media platforms for RGR and subsidiary companies.
- Develop monthly content calendars.
- Create graphics, videos and promotional content.
- Respond professionally to enquiries and comments across social media platforms.
- Build and engage online communities.
- Manage online reviews and reputation.
- Develop influencer and partnership campaigns where appropriate.
- Monitor trends in digital marketing and social media.
- Generate qualified online enquiries across all company services.
- Follow up website, email, WhatsApp and social media enquiries.
- Allocate enquiries through the CRM to relevant teams.
- Support recruitment and admissions campaigns through digital marketing.
- Develop strategies that improve enquiry-to-conversion rates.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified business leads.
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Track campaign performance and social media engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
- Monitor KPIs including website traffic, leads, engagement, SEO rankings and conversion rates.
- Recommend improvements based on performance data.
- Respond promptly to enquiries received through websites and social media.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM.
- Escalate urgent matters where necessary.
- Support excellent customer experience across all digital channels.
