About the role
The Center for Clinical Care and Clinical Research is an indigenous, non-profit organization registered in Nigeria in 2010 to promote best practices in health care delivery, medical training, and research using locally adapted models of health systems strengthening.
The Strategic Information Specialist will lead state-level performance measurement, data quality, analysis, reporting and evidence readiness for program and milestone management. Reports to the State Program Manager with technical oversight from the Strategic Information Director/Advisor.

Responsibilities
- Operationalize the performance-monitoring plan, indicator reference sheets and reporting calendar.
- Coordinate data collection, validation, reconciliation and submission across sites and partners.
- Conduct routine data-quality assessments and track corrective actions.
- Produce state, LGA, facility and partner analyses for program improvement.
- Maintain milestone denominators, numerators, source references and audit-ready evidence.
- Support government information systems and data-use forums.
- Supervise and mentor SI Officers and data personnel.
