About the role

Maintain end-to-end site database accuracy across all lifecycle stages (Planned, Operational, Halted, Relocated, Decommissioned) Manage and enforce standardized naming conventions across technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G, Massive MIMO, Triband, OEM variations) Ensure timely updates of site status changes from multiple sources (rollout, optimization, transmission, field operations) Implement and monitor data validation rules, audits, and reconciliation processes Drive automation of database updates and workflows to reduce manual intervention and errors Maintain synchronization between site database and other enterprise systems (GIS, Performance, NID PSO, asset management tools) Track and manage change requests (CRs) including upgrades, expansions, relocations, and swaps Provide clean, structured datasets for analytics, AI models, and executive dashboards Ensure database readiness for real-time reporting and decision-making tools Support faster fault resolution and service restoration through reliable site information Contribute to improved QoS/QoE metrics by ensuring alignment between physical network and database records Provide data support for customer-centric initiatives such as coverage expansion and capacity upgrades Education: First degree in computer Engineering, telecom engineering or related discipline Fluent in English Experience: 3-7 years hands-on experience which includes Experience managing telecom site databases or large-scale operational data environments Proven involvement across the full site lifecycle (planning, rollout, integration, optimization, decommissioning) Experience working in multi-technology (2G–5G) and multi-vendor environments Strong track record in data validation, reconciliation, and maintaining high data integrity across systems Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Network Planning, Optimization, and GIS teams Experience working with SQL, data querying, Data analysis and interpretation
