As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at Yiino Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality, reliability, and performance of our ride-hailing platform. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and define comprehensive test plans and test strategies.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, covering functional, regression, performance, and security aspects of our web and mobile applications.
- Implement various test case design techniques to ensure thorough coverage of positive, negative, and edge scenarios.
- Perform testing across diverse platforms (iOS, Android, web) and devices, ensuring consistent performance and user experience.
- Report, prioritize, and track defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution and retesting of fixes.
- Participate in test plan and test case reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve test coverage and accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, tools, and best practices, driving efficiency and effectiveness in testing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging testing methodologies, and new technologies relevant to the ride-hailing space.
- Potentially work with automation engineers to develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (optional, depending on the role's specific focus).
