About the role
Regolith Technologies builds equipment delivery, management, and maintenance solutions for global operations teams across the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. They are hiring an experienced Product Designer for a 30–60 day contract (with possible extension) to design Q, a cross-platform time-tracking app spanning web, Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and an admin dashboard. The role involves owning the full UX from flows to developer-ready handoff and building a consistent design system.

Responsibilities
- Design onboarding and account flows (sign up/login with Email, Google, Facebook, Apple; password reset; profile settings).
- Design core time tracking experience including home page and start/stop/save timer states.
- Design time log history, sharing, and subscription/paywall flows with clear free vs. paid messaging.
- Create light and dark modes and a shared design system with color tokens, typography, spacing, icons, buttons, form fields, and timer components.
- Adapt designs per platform (web, Windows, macOS, Android Material, iOS HIG).
- Design admin dashboard (login, summary metrics, user list, admin user management).
- Deliver Figma design system library, user flows, high-fidelity screens, clickable prototypes, and developer-ready handoff files.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA, and product lead; present work and iterate on feedback.
