About the role
We are seeking an IT Operations & Reporting Analyst to maintain and enhance databases and reporting structures, monitor platform performance, and provide end-to-end user support for internal systems. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, preparing performance reports, and supporting financial operations within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance databases and reporting structures to support financial and operational decision-making
- Monitor platform performance and log metrics for decision support
- Provide end-to-end user and platform support for internal systems
- Maintain access control logs, support regular system audits, and participate in DR/backup reviews
- Coordinate version control and patch management for key systems
- Prepare periodic performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering KPIs, risk metrics, financial summaries, and departmental scorecards
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across systems through regular audits and validation processes
- Recommend improvements to reporting processes, data flow, and system usage to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Work closely with relevant units to maintain data integrity and accuracy and with finance team to ensure alignment of data inputs and outputs
- Support, upgrade, and troubleshooting of software, productivity tools or ERP systems relevant to finance operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and personnel data
