Responsibilities
- Monitor office network infrastructure to guarantee high availability and internet uptime.
- Liaise with ISPs and telecom vendors to resolve outages, track SLAs, and coordinate maintenance.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (switches, routers, access points, IP assignment).
- Oversee CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR units, and conduct routine audits for recording integrity.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and system upgrades.
- Maintain conference room technology including projectors, displays, video conferencing, and audio systems.
- Manage network printers, scanners, and office peripherals.
- Collaborate with HR to configure and deploy laptops, accounts, and software access for new employees.
- Manage IT asset inventory and track device allocation throughout employee lifecycle.
