UTN is seeking a proactive and reliable IT Officer to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, systems, and technical support. This is an opportunity to work in a growing technology company, support real business operations, and contribute to the technology behind AccessGate and other UTN initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, system access, devices, and IT permissions.
- Support office network, internet connectivity, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Assist with system maintenance, updates, backups, and security controls.
- Support testing of UTN applications and technology products, including identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, systems, licenses, and technical documentation.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
- Monitor IT equipment and identify issues before they significantly affect operations.
- Assist with cybersecurity and data protection practices across the organisation.
- Work with external vendors and service providers when technical support is required.
- Support technology projects and other IT-related initiatives as assigned.
