They are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphics Designer / Creative Manager to lead the brand's visual content, covering graphic design, video production, and overall creative direction across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities
- Own the company's visual identity and ensure consistency across all channels and materials.
- Plan and manage the creative calendar, prioritising requests and ensuring timely delivery.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative concepts and campaign directions.
- Review creative output for quality, brand alignment and effectiveness.
- Brief and coordinate external creatives (photographers, videographers, printers).
- Design marketing materials for digital and print including social media graphics, flyers, banners, brochures and presentations.
- Develop layouts and visual concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- Create content for websites, email campaigns and advertisements.
- Edit promotional, marketing and social media videos to a professional standard.
- Create motion graphics, animations and reels.
- Apply transitions, sound design, subtitles, colour correction and visual enhancements.
- Support content planning, filming and post-production.
- Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Maintain an organised library of design files, brand assets and templates.
- Stay current with design trends, creative tools and digital content best practice.
