Responsibilities

  • Provide timely resolution of IT incidents and minimize downtime affecting end-user services.
  • Install, configure, and support desktop computers, laptops, telephony systems, wireless networks, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Perform desktop support activities, including desk-side technical assistance where required.
  • Maintain desktop infrastructure through routine maintenance, upgrades, patches, releases, and hot-fixes.
  • Monitor endpoint security compliance, including operating system updates, antivirus definitions, and other approved compliance standards.
