Responsibilities
- Develop original and engaging content ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and longer-form videos for YouTube, interviews, and promotional campaigns
- Transform raw footage into polished, professional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut
- Enhance content with motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound design, music syncing, and professional colour correction
- Design complementary visual assets such as thumbnails, cover graphics, social media posts, and promotional creatives using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across multiple social media platforms
- Research audience trends, platform updates, competitor content, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant
- Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure all content aligns with campaign goals and brand identity
- Organise and maintain all video files, project assets, and content libraries for easy access and workflow efficiency
- Ensure all creative materials comply with licensing, usage rights, and copyright standards
- Review content performance metrics and use insights to improve future campaigns and engagement
