Sellable Marketing is consolidating UI/UX and Graphic Design into a single strategic capability, seeking a designer who owns the full experience lifecycle — from research to interface design to brand execution — delivering work built to convert.

Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, responsive, and conversion-driven user interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms
- Conduct UX discovery: user research, interviews, testing, and behaviour analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library
- Design brand and marketing assets: social creatives, campaign graphics, banners, presentations, and motion elements where required
- Maintain visual consistency and enforce brand governance across all channels
- Partner with developers to ensure pixel-accurate implementation
- Optimise designs for usability, accessibility, speed, and performance
- Manage multiple projects with structured prioritisation and clear delivery timelines
- Continuously monitor design trends, tools, and best practices to keep brands future-ready
