GVA Partners is seeking a UI/UX Engineer to translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs, conduct usability reviews, and maintain the design system. The role involves collaborating with marketing, designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver tailored digital user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system with proficiency in Figma.
- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behaviour.
- Produce and illustrate high-quality UI/UX design ideas and solutions through wireframes, storyboards, visual & graphic designs, process flow diagrams, site maps, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Facilitate gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
