About the role
Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme Ltd/Gte (ECEWS) is a leading indigenous non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to qualitative healthcare, education and economic strengthening services in Nigeria. The Technical Officer - Strategic Information will support the BRIDGE project, focusing on data quality assurance and monitoring & evaluation across HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platforms in Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Ebonyi, and Edo states.

Responsibilities
- Support data quality assurance activities at the state level.
- Conduct routine data quality checks at facility and state levels.
- Support implementation of data quality improvement action plans.
- Provide basic training to facility staff on data quality standards.
- Assist in documentation of data quality assessment findings.
- Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
