Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media growth strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
- Plan, create and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
- Create high-quality Reels, Shorts, TikToks, graphics, carousels, stories and promotional content.
- Edit engaging short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, promotional copy and calls to action.
- Identify trends and content opportunities to increase reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Manage social media accounts, schedule posts and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Engage with audiences by responding professionally to comments, messages and enquiries.
- Develop campaigns that generate leads, enquiries and sales.
- Monitor account performance, analyse insights and recommend improvements.
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, audience growth and conversions.
- Work with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions.
