The Social Media Manager will build, manage, and grow the company's online presence across key social media platforms, translating its products, operations, people, values, culture, and quality standards into clear, engaging, and professional content for prospective customers, suppliers, job applicants, and the public.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company's brand and target audience.
- Create monthly content plans supporting product awareness, customer education, recruitment, company credibility, and brand visibility.
- Create engaging content including product photos and videos, customer education posts, brand awareness campaigns, product usage tips, 'product in action' content, company announcements, and recruitment/career-related posts.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's professionalism and quality standards.
- Maintain consistent visual identity (colors, fonts, tone, logo usage, messaging).
- Protect company reputation by ensuring no confidential or sensitive information is published.
- Monitor comments, tags, and customer enquiries; respond professionally or escalate to relevant departments.
- Build positive engagement with the online community.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product promotions, awareness, events, and announcements.
- Track and report on follower growth, engagement rate, reach and impressions, customer enquiries, best-performing content, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
