About the role
Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme Ltd/Gte (ECEWS) is a leading indigenous non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to qualitative healthcare, education and economic strengthening services in Nigeria. The organization works on the CDC/PEPFAR-funded LOCATE project and the BRIDGE project, focusing on HIV, TB, malaria and MNCH services.
The Senior Technical Officer - Strategic Information will provide technical support for data quality assurance across supported states, conduct data quality assessments and audits, and support the development of data quality improvement plans.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for data quality assurance across supported states.
- Conduct routine data quality assessments and audits at facility and state levels.
- Support the development and implementation of data quality improvement plans.
- Train facility and state staff on data quality standards and practices.
- Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
- Support corrective action planning for identified data quality gaps.
