About the role
Pay Scale: ₦800,000 to ₦1,000,000 per month (Note that this is a fixed monthly fee paid in GBP - British Pounds to a UK-facing account such as Grey or similar. Figures are based on current exchange rates). What you will be doing: Managing multiple client environments across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Entra ID Configuring Microsoft Defender (Endpoint and Office 365) and Intune properly and to best practice Designing and architecting solutions for clients based on their business needs, and explaining them clearly Speaking directly with clients day to day, resolving their issues and acting as their trusted technical point of contact Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex Microsoft 365, infrastructure, and application issues Handling Exchange Online administration and mailbox migrations Operating within a PSA ticketing system and meeting SLAs consistently Writing PowerShell scripts to automate and improve processes Leading technical onboarding and project delivery for new clients Building and maintaining SOPs, documentation, and security baselines Supporting pre-sales and technical scoping, and mentoring as the team grows What we need / Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in an MSP or managed services environment, managing multiple client environments simultaneously Deep, proven Microsoft 365 administration skills, not surface-level familiarity Strong SharePoint Online and OneDrive experience, including architecture, permissions, and migrations Advanced Microsoft Defender experience (Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365), configured properly and to best practice rather than left on defaults Strong Microsoft Intune and endpoint management experience, including compliance and configuration policies and application deployment Solid Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
