About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of scalable full stack applications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners on outsourced projects
- Serve as the internal technical authority for architecture reviews, engineering quality, and delivery oversight
- Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven solutions into products and workflows
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend interfaces
- Evaluate and optimize system performance, scalability, and security
- Work closely with product, infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Review code quality, engineering standards, and deployment processes
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices
- Support technical documentation, testing, and deployment activities
