About the role
Zealight Innovation Labs is a Lagos-based software and product engineering company that designs, develops and supports digital products for businesses and partner organisations. Their work spans web applications, full-stack product development, API integrations, cloud-enabled systems and custom enterprise software.
They are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong, practical experience in both C#/.NET and React. Practical .NET experience is the highest priority and is mandatory. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring ownership of features from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment and production support.

Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain production applications using C#, .NET and ASP.NET Core.
- Develop modern frontend applications using React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design reliable application architecture and data flows.
- Work with relational databases, SQL and data-access technologies such as Entity Framework Core.
- Implement authentication, authorization, validation and appropriate security controls.
- Handle asynchronous operations, errors, concurrency and application state reliably.
- Write unit, integration and frontend tests.
- Debug complex problems across frontend, backend and database layers.
- Improve application performance, maintainability and accessibility.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.
- Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment processes.
- Take ownership of assigned features and communicate progress, risks and technical decisions clearly.
- Support and mentor other developers when required.
- Investigate unfamiliar technologies independently and apply what has been learned.
