About the Role The Senior Data Science Associate role is majorly to guarantee seamlessness of facilitating sessions, mentoring, and educating participants about data science concepts, tools, and techniques. Key Responsibilities Program Design: Develop and design the curriculum and training materials based on the learning objectives and industry best practices. Facilitation of Sessions: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, ensuring participants comprehend key concepts and skills. Adaptability: Adjust teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and address participant needs. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate participant progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement

. Knowledge Transfer: Effectively communicate complex data science concepts, tools, and methodologies to participants. Participant Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive learning environment to enhance participant engagement and knowledge retention in sessions and on Whatsapp groups Problem-Solving Support: Assist participants in overcoming challenges and provide guidance on problem-solving related to data science tasks. Qualifications B.Sc./HND in any field. Experienced Professional Trainer Professional membership of relevant Tech bodies will be an advantage. Experienced Professional Trainer Minimum of 1 year post qualification experience in Data Science tools, 5 of which must include Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau/ Power Bi and Python.
