The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing business data, developing accurate and timely management reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to support operational and management decisions. The role also involves overseeing reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with various departments to improve data management and reporting efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain MIS reports, databases, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, gaps, and performance issues.
- Monitor and report on departmental and operational KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across various reports.
- Review reports prepared by MIS team members and ensure timely submission.
- Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Develop and improve reporting templates, dashboards, and automated reporting processes.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis based on management requirements.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, Training, and other departments to collect and validate data.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Track productivity, attendance, performance, staffing, and other operational metrics where applicable.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure the confidentiality and security of company data.
- Support management with presentations and summaries of key business performance indicators.
- Train and guide junior MIS staff on reporting procedures, data analysis, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.
- Ensure all MIS reports are delivered within agreed timelines.
