About the role
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. The Senior Associate, Web Development & Digital Presence is responsible for building and managing all public-facing web properties across CapitalSage Holdings and its ~20 subsidiaries. Working within the Marketing & Communications team under the Digital Marketing unit, this person operates independently — from brief to live website — without outsourcing, vendor management, or a team beneath them. Responsibilities
- Design and develop websites for Group subsidiaries from requirements through to launch
- Deliver frontend development — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Wordpress — to production standard, fully responsive and optimised
- Build and configure CMS solutions that allow subsidiary staff to manage their own content post-handover
- Develop landing pages, web forms, and web-based campaign assets in support of marketing activity
- Maintain all live Group and subsidiary websites — updates, fixes, performance, and security
- Own hosting environments, domain registrations, DNS, and SSL certificates across all entities
- Keep a current asset register of every Group web property, domain, credential, and renewal date
- Monitor performance and resolve issues proactively — without waiting to be asked
- Engage subsidiary teams directly to gather requirements and translate them into web deliverables
- Train assigned marketing staff on CMS tools post-launch so they are self-sufficient on day-to-day content
- Work within the Marketing & Communications team to align web execution with campaign and brand direction
- Implement and manage Google Analytics and Search Console across all Group web properties
- Deliver a monthly web performance report to the Group Head covering traffic, uptime, and issues
