Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual, functional, integration, regression and UAT tests
- Test FinTech solutions including payments and ledger systems
- Test EduTech solutions including student and staff management, school portals, data management, user access and permissions, reporting and workflows
- Identify, document and track defects
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman
- Perform database validation using SQL
- Support quality audits and continuous improvement
- Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver quality products
