About the role
Payzeep is a fintech company enabling individuals, SMEs, and organizations to make payments, receive payments, process payments, accept deposits, and complete business transactions. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, security, and performance of our products and platforms. The role supports the software development lifecycle through test planning, test execution, defect management, automation, and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans, test cases and regression suites.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts for web/mobile/API layers.
- Identify, document and track defects through resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning to define acceptance criteria.
- Support UAT coordination and release-readiness sign-off.
- Support performance and security-focused testing where required.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable releases.
- Validate web, mobile, API, and back-end services to ensure consistent functionality and performance.
- Work closely with development teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
- Support performance, load, and stress testing activities.
- Contribute to defining acceptance criteria and quality gates for product features.
- Ensure testing activities support applicable financial services regulations and data protection requirements.
