About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and execute testing architecture, test cases, and scripts for web and software applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through structured testing processes.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and system architects to ensure quality across the development lifecycle.
- Conduct functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.
- Ensure compliance with software quality standards and best practices.
- Guide engineering teams on testability, reliability, and quality considerations during development.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
- Verify software readiness for production deployment.
- Review QA processes regularly and recommend improvements.
- Introduce metrics and reporting mechanisms to track product quality and testing effectiveness.
