Luceo is an AI-powered learning and school management platform transforming education across Africa. Our platform already serves thousands of schools, teachers, and learners — and we're just getting started.
We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who doesn't just define what we build, but personally ensures it works. In this role, you'll own the product roadmap and the quality bar — because at our stage, the person who decides what ships should also verify it's ready to ship.

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap across Luceo's B2G, B2B, and B2C segments
- Translate feedback from teachers, students, and school administrators into clear, prioritized requirements
- Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship features
- Define and track product metrics — adoption, engagement, retention
- Champion our "Teacher-in-Control" AI philosophy in every product decision
- Design and execute test plans for every release (functional, regression, usability)
- Test AI-powered features for accuracy, safety, and consistency
- Reproduce, document, and track bugs through to resolution
- Build a lightweight QA process that grows with the team — including automation where it counts
