About the role
Chowdeck is a technology company providing logistics services to vendors and consumers, enabling seamless food delivery and ordering from favourite restaurants. As Product Design Lead, you will lead product design across customer, vendor, operations and trust products, owning design quality, team growth, research practice, design system, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a player-coach role reporting to the Product Executive.

- Set a clear product design vision and turn it into practical standards for the team.
- Coach designers through discovery, interaction design, prototyping, validation and delivery.
- Run critiques that improve work and sharpen designers' judgement.
- Partner with functional leads to shape problems early.
- Build and maintain the design system with clear ownership and adoption expectations.
- Improve how customer research and operational insight feed into product decisions.
- Plan design capacity, spot hiring needs, and ensure priority teams get the right support.
- Collaborate with other design disciplines while keeping clear ownership of the product experience.
