About the role

We are seeking a Product Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating business needs into use cases and functional specifications, and working closely with Product Owners and Developers to support solution design.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into use cases, process flows, and detailed functional specifications.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution design.
- Assist in prioritizing product features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for new product features, initiatives, and enhancements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and expected functionality.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications on requirements, project progress, and product performance.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop and support API initiatives in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between business and technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
