Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their IT, cybersecurity and business requirements.
- Recommend and design appropriate IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Support sales teams during customer meetings and the sales cycle.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops and POCs.
- Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation.
- Explain complex technical solutions in simple business terms.
- Work with technology partners and vendors on solutions, demonstrations and technical support.
- Identify potential customers and contribute to lead generation and business development.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity technologies, industry trends and competing solutions.
- Support the achievement of assigned sales and pipeline targets.
