About the role
This role is responsible for transforming complex business data into actionable insights by designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the Group.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Marketing, and Production functions.
- Build and manage data models, DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPI frameworks to support business reporting needs.
- Optimize dashboard performance to ensure fast load times, reliable refreshes, and a seamless user experience.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
- Present insights, trends, and recommendations to management in a clear and business-focused manner.
- Define, document, and maintain KPI standards and a centralized KPI dictionary to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities that drive business performance improvement.
- Support the adoption of self-service analytics by empowering users with intuitive dashboards and reporting tools.
