- Support the GE Vernova Power Business with business optimization actions as defined by the Operations Leader
- Manage the SSA region operations data webpage: ensuring accurate and on-time updates as well as tracking hit rate and use cases for the website
- Collaborate with the Information Technology Manager (ITM) to consult IT knowledgebases (KB's) and resources for proper troubleshooting.
- Develop and track dashboard on operations incident reports
