About the role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited (formerly Moody International Nigeria Limited) was established in 1996 as a partnership between Moody International Group and Nigerian investors. Since commencing operations in March 1997, the company has grown and maintains a strong presence in numerous projects within the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry.
The Methods Engineer – C&P Tools & Support will support a functional hotline, resolve issues related to C&P tools, maintain user contact lists, propose revisions to user manuals and procedures, coordinate training for external suppliers on e-sourcing and NIPEX platforms, and test new Supply Chain tool solutions and upgrades. The role acts as a liaison between UNISUP Coordination, UNISUP MM users, and the SC Business Process Owner, and champions SC software solutions within the affiliate.

Responsibilities
- Support a functional hotline and ensure resolution of various problems and issues arising from the appropriation of C&P tools.
- Create and maintain a list of contact members in user departments and ensure the list is updated regularly.
- Suggest and propose regular revision of user manuals, procedures, and work instructions pertaining to the use of SC Tools.
- Coordinate and ensure regular training and support for external suppliers on the e-sourcing tool and NIPEX platforms.
- Suggest and propose the delivery of Requests for Assistance (e.g. MTKs) for incidents or challenges requiring CC SAP or other external assistance.
- Test and validate under custody of Performance & Tools Manager new solutions and upgrades of Supply Chain (SC) tools.
- Participate in all specific actions (e.g. data cleaning) related to SC tools which can have impacts on SC processes training, appropriation and controls.
- Suggest and prepare after SAP Lead User’s approval all requests for modifications to profiles, reference users or permissions in respect of SC Tools to ensure segregation of duties in SAP.
- Coordinate and ensure regular (re)training of users of all SC Tools, including training and induction of new users.
- Perform regular controls to continuously improve the level of appropriation of SC tools to improve affiliate performance in ASAP and related audits (e.g. SOX audits).
- Act as Front Line contact for IS systems.
- Monitor the general evolution of new technologies and their potential for process improvements.
- Check out and prepare resolutions for all queries regarding Tools within the company's supply chain.
- Accurately represent business requirements and the configuration of affiliates business processes in the system.
- Be responsible for quality delivery of all training and appropriation related to SC Tools.
- Act as liaison between the UNISUP Coordination, the UNISUP MM users and SC Business Process Owner.
- Be the Champion for all SC software solutions within the SC business of the affiliate including synergies with other business entity.
- Validate the district’s position on C&P SC tools.
- Be in constant alignment with H3SE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation.
- Take necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger and exercise caution to avoid danger to persons, installations or pollution.
- Promote Company safety, environment and quality policies and programs, and carry out HSE specific duties related to the Service.
- Report to Management HSE issues faced or observed and propose ways of improvement.
