About the role
The Smackers Limited began operations in 2006 with its flagship brand, The Place Restaurant, on Isaac John GRA, Ikeja, Lagos. Over the past decade the company has grown within the food services and hospitality industry, operating restaurants and clubs across Nigeria. The company exists to satisfy the changing tastes and expectations of consumers while creating a better everyday life.
The Place is seeking a Junior IT Support Officer to provide first-line technical support across the company, maintaining computer systems, networks, and equipment.

Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide technical support across the company
- Set up accounts for new users (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary
- Test new technology
