About the role
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Frontend Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will assist in building responsive, user-friendly web applications while collaborating with designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality digital products. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in frontend development who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional software development environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies. Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and reusable code. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle. Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving frontend issues. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Stay up to date with emerging frontend development trends and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 1–2 years of experience in frontend development. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.js. Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git and GitHub. Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
