We are seeking a Full Stack Web Development Instructor to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in full stack web development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.

Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical lab sessions before each class to ensure effective learning.
- Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in Full Stack Web Development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Teach students HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, databases, Laravel, PHP, Git, GitHub, and web application deployment.
- Develop, update, and maintain course curricula and instructional materials in line with current industry standards and emerging web development technologies.
- Provide hands-on guidance to students in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying responsive websites and web applications.
- Maintain effective classroom management and create a supportive, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
- Assess students’ progress through practical exercises, assignments, quizzes, coding challenges, and individual or group projects.
- Assign and supervise real-world projects to evaluate students’ understanding and practical application of web development concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and technical support to help students improve their coding skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, performance, and project completion.
- Research and recommend modern tools, frameworks, platforms, and teaching methods to improve the quality of training.
- Ensure the safety, proper use, and maintenance of computers, software, and other instructional facilities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each training session and implement improvements to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Guide students in building professional portfolios and preparing for internships, freelance opportunities, and entry-level web development roles.
