We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our fully remote team. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing activities that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for V.S.L Web Hosting
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns across approved platforms
- Develop strategies for generating qualified leads for the Sales team
- Create and coordinate promotional and educational content for social media and other digital channels
- Manage V.S.L's social media presence and maintain a consistent content schedule
- Develop marketing campaigns around V.S.L products, services, and promotional offers
- Monitor campaign performance including reach, engagement, clicks, and leads
- Analyse campaign results and make recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing leads are properly received and followed up
- Monitor lead quality and communicate feedback from sales to improve future campaigns
- Conduct basic audience research and identify opportunities for reaching potential customers
- Test different advertising messages, creatives, audiences, and offers
- Keep accurate records of marketing activities, campaigns, and results
- Prepare required weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Stay informed about relevant digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising practices
